Our beach condo is located literally steps (approx. 500Ft) away from the beach/boardwalk, fishing pier, and other amenities. Ocean City is a family resort town located on an barrier island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City and 20 to 30 minutes away from Wildwood and Cape May, respectively. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated areas for surfing. With a 2.5 mile boardwalk, you’ll enjoy....

Booking Process: Upon deciding to book, you will be provided a rental agreement. You have 72 hours to return the agreement signed with initial deposit to reserve your rental. No rental agreement is final without BOTH signed agreement and deposit. A 25% DEPOSIT is required for a booking made prior to January 1 for the following summer season. An additional 25% is due on January 15th. The remaining 50% balance, PLUS a $500 refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT, is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: We know you don't intend to cause any damage to the property but this is our home and no matter how careful and responsible you are, accidents can happen to anyone. A refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT in the amount of $ 500.00 USD is required when final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival .The SECURITY DEPOSIT will be returned to the guest within 14 days of check-out provided no deductions are made due to damage caused to the property and/or furnishings, missing items, dirt or other mess requiring excess housekeeping charges, unpaid fees, etc. Any damage in excess of the SECURITY DEPOSIT will be the Guest's responsibility.
****Cleaning: While guests are not expected to clean the home, it is a condition of your reservation that you agree to leave the home in a tidy and acceptable standard.
