Step 3
Create the contract
Booking details can populate the contract. Each required signer follows the platform signing flow, and the platform records signing events in the audit trail.
Step 4
Collect payment
Give the guest your payment instructions and collect directly — Zelle, check, cash, your own processor, or another agreed method. We're contract-first, not payment-locked. We also do not block direct host/guest contact; name, email, and phone exchange are supported when needed to coordinate a real stay.

Pick dates and submit the request. See the contract the host wants you to sign before you commit.
Step 3
Sign on your phone
For bookings using platform signing: disclosure and consent, submitted-name capture, then signing in the selected order. After all required signatures are captured and the current artifact is ready, registered booking parties can access it in the app. For an eligible external signer who has not claimed an account, the platform starts an email delivery attempt containing a time-limited link; provider acceptance and inbox delivery are not guaranteed.

Pay + stay
Pay the host directly using the method they specify. Check in with expectations in writing — no support ticket required if something's off.
What the platform does (and doesn't) do.
We do
- • Provide the signing tool + audit trail + template library.
- • Run the listing marketplace + direct-booking funnel.
- • Display host payment instructions and payment-tracking records.
- • Preserve completed agreements and their recorded signing events for later review.
We don't
- • Escrow your money or take booking fees.
- • Adjudicate host-guest disputes or determine an agreement's legal effect.
- • Act as a PMS — we can coexist with OwnerRez, Hostaway, and Lodgify.
- • Promise "Premium protection" we can't deliver.
