Peak-season rentals have a 7-night minimum. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Children and infants are welcome. No smoking, no pets, and primary renter must be at least 25. Stairs are required and parking is limited/shared.
Host Cancellation Terms
Full refund less a $150 taxable cancellation fee for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival. No refund is issued for cancellations within 60 days of arrival.
