This disclosure is provided by BookJerseyShore LLC ("Company," "we," or "our") pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq. Please read this disclosure carefully before consenting to the use of electronic records and signatures.
Your Right to Paper Records
You have the right to receive any document, disclosure, or record related to your rental transaction in paper form. If you wish to receive paper copies, please contact us at the address below.
Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures
By clicking "I Agree" on the consent screen before signing a contract, you:
- Consent to use electronic records — You agree that we may provide you with any disclosures, notices, contracts, and documents electronically rather than in paper form.
- Consent to use electronic signatures — You agree that your electronic signature on any contract or document has the same legal effect, validity, and enforceability as a handwritten signature.
- Confirm access capability — You confirm that you have the hardware and software necessary to access, view, and retain electronic records as specified below.
Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain your electronic records, you need:
- A device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with internet access
- A current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- A PDF viewer (such as Adobe Reader) to view and save your signed contracts
- Sufficient storage space to download and retain copies of electronic records
- A printer (optional) if you wish to print paper copies
- An active email account to receive notifications and document delivery
How to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic records at any time by contacting us at:

Important: Withdrawing consent after you have signed a rental contract will not affect the validity, enforceability, or legal effect of that electronic signature or any document previously executed electronically. However, if you withdraw consent before completing your booking, we may cancel the booking, as we require electronic consent to process rental agreements through the Platform.
Obtaining Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any electronic record by emailing support@bookjerseyshore.com . There is no fee for paper copies at this time. The Company reserves the right to impose a reasonable charge for paper copies in the future, with prior notice.
Updating Your Contact Information
You are responsible for keeping your email address and contact information current so that we can deliver electronic records to you. If your email address changes, please update it in your account settings or contact us. Failure to maintain a current email address may result in your inability to receive important documents and notifications.
Scope of Consent
Your consent applies to all electronic records and signatures related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to rental agreements, booking confirmations, disclosures, notices, and amendments. This consent remains in effect until you withdraw it as described above.
