1. Intellectual Property

2. DMCA Takedown Requests

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter Notices

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter notice with your contact information, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to jurisdiction in your local federal district.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
