Host sovereignty: keep your money flow yours

Marketplace booking platforms can charge host or guest service fees, control payout timing, and define refund or dispute rules through platform policy. Book Jersey Shore does none of that during launch. You pick how you get paid and can use an agreement between you and the guest to record the stay terms. The platform does not determine that agreement's legal effect.

No escrow, no platform fee on bookings

• Direct host payment instructions: the guest pays you using the method you specify.
• We never escrow rent, deposits, or security deposits. Liability stays low, transparency stays high.
• Annual per-listing fee instead of per-booking commission. Your marginal cost is zero after you pay for the tier.

Payment freedom

• Choose how you get paid: Zelle, check, cash, your own processor, or another agreed method. We're contract-first, not payment-locked.
• Align payouts with your bookkeeping and tax workflow instead of a marketplace's batch schedule.
• Document payment expectations inside the contract so both parties know the plan going in.

Contracts you own

• Add custom clauses: HOA rules, pet policies, utility caps, quiet hours, security deposits.
• Save templates and reuse them across listings. The contract and its audit trail stay yours.
• Registered booking parties can view the available in-app audit trail: disclosure version plus server timestamp/IP address/user-agent for the consent request, and separate finalized-field timestamps and capture methods. See how signing works →
