Electronic signing built for the Jersey Shore

Vacation rental hosts often use a separate general-purpose e-signature subscription for contracts that do not know anything about their booking. Book Jersey Shore brings electronic signing into the booking flow — submitted guest information and booking details can flow into the contract, and the final PDF includes a factual execution certificate without covering the original pages.

How the pipeline works

• Block-based contract builder outputs a precise PDF with embedded fonts and HMAC-signed page renders.
• The flow preserves a submitted name and source, records the disclosure version plus server timestamp/IP address/user-agent for the consent request, and separately records each finalized field's timestamp and capture method. These records do not independently verify identity.
• An appended execution-certificate page includes the contract UUID + completion timestamp while leaving every original contract page unchanged.
• After all required signatures are captured and final artifact generation succeeds, registered booking parties can access the current completed PDF and available signing events in the app. For an eligible external signer who has not claimed an account, the platform starts an email delivery attempt containing a time-limited read-only PDF link; provider acceptance and inbox delivery are not guaranteed.
